"Exchange took forever and I don’t really trust them now"
I tried to exchange a hoodie and the whole thing dragged on way longer than it should have. Support took days to reply, and I had to follow up twice just to get things moving. It made me lose trust in the process because something simple ended up feeling like a hassle.

I placed a bigger order for a few shirts from redrockthreads.com, and when the package arrived, I went through everything one by one expecting to find at least one little mix-up. But every shirt was exactly what I picked out, from the sizes to the colors to the designs.
It was a nice surprise because with larger orders, I usually brace myself for something to be off. This time, everything was spot on, and I was happy with the whole experience. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Felt like my messages weren’t really being read"
The order turned out fine in the end, so no major complaints there. But the communication was a bit frustrating. I’d send a message and the replies felt like they didn’t really address what I asked, almost like nobody actually read it closely. It wasn’t awful, just confusing at times and took longer than it should have to get clear answers. I might use them again, but I do think they need to explain things better

I ordered from Red Rock Threads the packaging was way better than I was expecting. The box actually showed up in decent shape, which feels weirdly rare these days because half the time stuff arrives looking like it got kicked across a warehouse. The clothes were folded nicely too, not just shoved in there like nobody cared.
Everything had enough protection, showed up clean, and thankfully there were no weird smells or damage. It’s such a basic thing, but apparently not every shop can manage it, so I definitely notice when one does. I’d order from them again.

I was thinking about buying from redrockthreads.com, but something about the site made me pause. I don’t remember every little detail now, just that I kept noticing the stuff that made it feel a bit sketchy to me — not much clear info, and nothing that really made the brand seem established or trustworthy. Maybe I’m forgetting some positives, and maybe other people had a totally fine experience, but I ended up backing out before ordering. It just felt like more of a risk than I wanted to take.

I ordered a couple of tees from redrockthreads.com they’re solid. The fabric feels nice and doesn’t have that super thin, cheap feel, which is always a relief. The prints still looked clean after a wash too, so that was a nice surprise. One of the shirts did fit a bit tighter than I expected, but it’s still wearable, so not a huge deal. For the price, I’m happy with what I got. I’d probably order from them again.

"Refund went smoother than I expected"
I just recently ordered from Red Rock Threads, but the item ended up not working out for me, so I had to ask for a refund. Since it was still fresh in my mind, I was kind of expecting the usual back-and-forth, but that really didn’t happen.

I emailed them, got a response quickly, and the refund showed up a few days later. based on how smoothly this last experience went, I’d feel fine ordering from them again. No hassle, no weird runaround, so I’d give them 5 stars.

"Fabric wore out way too fast"
I only washed this twice and the fabric already tore. I don’t understand how is this okay for something that’s supposed to hold up to normal use.

I was looking for a few different sizes and colors, and most of what I needed was actually in stock. One item wasn’t available, which was a little disappointing, but it was clearly marked as sold out so I didn’t have to waste time guessing. Checkout went smoothly, and I’d probably shop here again.
